I am a Trauma-informed Senior Yoga teacher & Soma-Rewilding Facilitator specialising in somatic practices and yoga to help with body based healing

I have been teaching yoga for 20 years and for the last 10, with a somatic embodiment approach.
I recovered from holding trauma and chronic pain by using these practices & now offer therapeutic somatic yoga & soma re-wilding to help empower you to discover your body’s own deep wisdom & power for healing or ‘wholing’
I offer group somatic yoga classes and one to one Somatic facilitation, using my specialist expertise in somatic work. This includes the gradual rewiring and retuning of your nervous system, helping you release tension and stress, emotions and trauma patterns often held as blockages, contractions or pain.
I am a specialist in Pre and Post natal yoga & teacher trainer, with 12 years experience. I am delighted to have supported many women through pregnancy and beyond, bringing a blend of yoga, somatic practices, birth preparation, relaxation, embodied Hypnobirthing, all based on the latest understanding of how our nervous system science. I now offer exclusively one to one and private bespoke sessions for new mums and mums to be.
